Uma Landing Page é uma página que tem um único objetivo: Converter! Por conversão, entendemos, nesse caso, que o visitando da Landing Page realizou a única ação disponivél, por exemplo: cadastrar dados, clicar em um link de compra, chegar até uma página de agradecimento ou checkout.
É muito diferente de um Site Institucional ou Loja Virtual, que normalmente têm muitos objetivos e incentivam o acesso a mais páginas, a exploração, ou adição de vários produtos ao carrinho.
Um site institucional tem como objetivo divulgar uma empresa ou marca e seus serviços. É comum possuir uma home, página sobre a empresa, página de serviços, página de contatos.
Diferente de uma loja virtual ou blog o Site Institucional não passa por atualizações de conteúdo com frequência.
Também conhecido como Ecommerce, a loja virtual permite que você venda online produtos físicos ou digitais. Nós da Fábrica de Sites.dev iremos preparar para você a loja com todas as configurações adequadas, ou seja, pagamento, gerenciamento de produtos, estoque entre outros.
Using the information the customer gives us (in the first contact) we will create a visual model (prototype) of the website to be approved. The deadline for this process is up to 5 business days.
After the proposed model is approved, we will begin programming the website online, with a deadline of:
- Landing Page or Corporate website: 7 days;
- Website with Blog or Online Store: 15 days.
The customer may request a 100% refund of the amount paid, as long as they have not confirmed the start of work. Once work has started and if the customer wishes to cancel for a refund, a proportional amount will be charged in accordance with the work already carried out.
When we present you the layout model as a prototype (within 5 working days) you can request modifications or a different layout, as it is a proposal. Only after the layout model has been approved will we program the website online.
After creating the website, the client may request (1 single time) changes to texts and images, within a period of 30 days.
Note: After the Prototype is approved, changes will only be limited to texts and images (up to 30 days after contracting). It will not be possible to rework the website structure without a new service quote.
For Landing page or Institutional Website:
Com o objetivo de garantir o bom funcionamento do site, somente nós da Fábrica de Sites.dev poderemos fazer alterações.

Blog or virtual store
In the case of virtual stores or Blogs, management can be done by the customer. However, if the changes made by the client affect the proper functioning of the website and the client wants to correct it, they will have the website backup on hand to restore. Or you can request a quote from us so that we can make the correction.
Hosting for 1 year is included when hiring the Landing page, Institutional Website, Blog or Ecommerce creation service. After this period, you can renew your hosting, if you wish, for the amount of R$200.00/year for a Landing Page or Institutional Website. And for Websites with Blogs and Virtual Stores, the renewal price will be R$500.00/year, as this is VPS hosting (Virtual Private Server).
